AMDS+RADIOLOGY STAFF:
Our friendly, supportive staff will do everything they can to make your visit as stress-free as possible. They’ll start by setting an appointment for your scan that is convenient for you. They’ll describe the complete process and advise you of any pre-scan preparation you may need.
Since we accept most insurance plans, our staff is quite knowledgeable and will help you fill out all necessary forms.
Our staff will answer all your questions and will always be at the other end of the phone during business hours. When our offices are open, you will always be able to talk to a staff member, and you will never have to listen to a long, recorded message before speaking to someone.
AMDS+RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGISTS:
Our well-trained technologists are sensitive, caring, and accomplished at making the process simple and easy in order to get you in and out quickly. Their expertise with our state-of-the-art equipment assures that your procedure will go smoothly.
When you arrive for your scan, everything will be ready for you. The technologists will explain what they are doing and make sure you are relaxed every step of the way.
Our technologists coordinate closely with our radiologists. As soon as your scan is completed, our radiologists can begin reading it. In most cases, the reports can be available on the same day.
AMDS+RADIOLOGY RADIOLOGISTS:
Dr. Prakash is the Medical Director and CEO of AMDS+RADIOLOGY. He is a board-certified radiologist and was named the Top Diagnostic Radiologist in NYC for the Leading Physicians of the World in 2016.
Our radiologists read each patient’s scan and, if they discover a problem, prepare a report with a recommended course of action and go over this in detail with the patient’s referring physicians.
Dr. Prakash and the entire team are very proud to be able to provide the highest level of professional medical imaging services with an equally high level of personal care usually reserved for much more expensive, concierge-type operations.

Our center is conveniently located with plenty of parking. The modern facility is cheerful, clean, and comfortable.
We boast the latest, most cutting-edge technology for each of the services we provide: CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and MRI. We offer Open MRI for claustrophobic patients.
